Our Awards

We are pleased to announce that our company has been awarded the Top Company certificate by kununu for the year 2024. This award is given to companies that have been rated particularly positively on Kununu. We are proud to receive this recognition and will continue to work to foster a great work environment and positive company culture for our employees.

Since 2011, avitea has been consistently awarded the certification "Family-friendly company in the district of Soest" by the Economic Development Agency of the district of Soest. The original idea behind participating in the certificate was to obtain an inventory of family-friendly measures and tips for improvement. Over the many years and regular certifications, we have been able to implement more and more employee-friendly measures.
What does this mean exactly?
We offer numerous benefits such as swimming pool tickets for our employees' children during the summer holidays, a free care and family hotline in case of need or cooperations with various fitness studios - more benefits.

Through the certification of TÜV Rheinland, we are an approved provider under the law on employment promotion and work in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
ISO 9001 comprises a standard for quality management systems and specifies certain requirements for these systems. Furthermore, ISO 9001 follows the following principles:
- Customer orientation
- Leadership
- Involvement of people
- Improvement
- Process-oriented approach
- Fact-based decision making
- Relationship management

avitea received an award from the GVP (Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister e.V.) for its training standards. This required compliance with defined quality standards. The GVP commented as follows:
"Training young people requires a high degree of responsibility, as it is during this time that the decisive course for future professional life is set. We believe that companies have a special responsibility to shape and support young people's careers to the best of their knowledge and belief. This responsibility gives rise to a special commitment to quality in training.
In order to continue to ensure good quality in training in the personnel services sector, the GVP has focused in particular on the dual training occupation of personnel services clerk (PDK) and defined corresponding quality standards. Of course, these also apply to other vocational training courses, such as those for office communication clerks."
