How does the selection process work?

If you would like to apply to avitea, we need the following documents from you:

  • Cover letter
  • CV
  • Last school report card

Your contact person Carina will look through the application documents and get in touch with you if she has any questions. If you are in the final selection, she will conduct an in-person or digital first interview with you. In the interview, you can tell us again personally why you would like to do an apprenticeship with us.

If it makes sense, a second interview will be held afterwards with the person responsible for the area you are applying for. They should also get to know you and can best judge whether the skilled occupation suits you.

For some professions, we also conduct a small test in advance to assess whether you are up to the academic requirements for this skilled occupation.

avitea received an award from the GVP (Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister e.V.) for its training standards. This required compliance with defined quality standards. The GVP commented as follows:

"Training young people requires a high degree of responsibility, as it is during this time that the decisive course for future professional life is set. We believe that companies have a special responsibility to shape and support young people's careers to the best of their knowledge and belief. This responsibility gives rise to a special commitment to quality in training.

In order to continue to ensure good quality in training in the personnel services sector, the GVP has focused in particular on the dual training occupation of personnel services clerk (PDK) and defined corresponding quality standards. Of course, these also apply to other vocational training courses, such as those for office communication clerks."
