Fair temporary employment
The GVP has merged from the Federal Employers' Association of Personnel Service Providers (BAP) and the Association of German Temporary Employment Agencies (iGZ) to form the General Association of Personnel Service Providers (GVP). With around 5,600 member companies, the GVP is one of the largest employers' associations in Germany.
They represent the interests of their members vis-à-vis the public, business and politics and explain the advantages of good temporary work. In this way, they create fair framework conditions for temporary work.
avitea received an award from the GVP (Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister e.V.) for its training standards. This required compliance with defined quality standards. The GVP commented as follows:
"Training young people requires a high degree of responsibility, as it is during this time that the decisive course for future professional life is set. We believe that companies have a special responsibility to shape and support young people's careers to the best of their knowledge and belief. This responsibility gives rise to a special commitment to quality in training.
In order to continue to ensure good quality in training in the personnel services sector, the GVP has focused in particular on the dual training occupation of personnel services clerk (PDK) and defined corresponding quality standards. Of course, these also apply to other vocational training courses, such as those for office communication clerks."

As a full member of the GVP, we have also committed ourselves to the iGZ-DGB-Code of Ethics and thus stand for the values of fairness, reliability, respect, trust and seriousness.
