The fair remuneration of our employees is particularly important to us. We have therefore decided to apply the collective agreement of the Gesamtverband der Personaldienstleister e.V. (GVP).

This collective agreement guarantees our employees fair and appropriate remuneration based on their respective jobs and experience. It also regulates holiday entitlements, working time regulations and other important working conditions.

Donation to the avitea works council's association Mit uns durchs Leben (With us through life)

Every year, several fundraising campaigns take place, initiated by the avitea works council. In this way, several social projects in the surrounding area can be supported.

Each of our employees can participate voluntarily by suggesting social projects and donating a monthly amount from their salary. These are often very small sums of 1,- to 5,- Euro. In this way, a larger donation sum is created through the community. The management of avitea also participates with a donation at the end of the year and generously rounds up the sum.

Vouchers from the swimming pool ticket campaign

The summer holidays are a great opportunity to spend time with the family and do something together. With the swimming pool cards, our employees and their families can enjoy the cool water and spend unforgettable hours in the pool.

The swimming pool cards are valid for selected swimming pools in the region and offer free admission twice. Prior registration is required to determine demand and ensure that each child receives a card.

As a forward-looking company, we have intensively addressed the issue of "reconciling family and work", which for us also includes the care of family members.

A care situation often arises suddenly and unexpectedly, so support is essential. Together with our cooperation partner WDS.care, we offer our employees a free counselling and care concept - Eldercare.

Family service advice with mother, father and child

In order to support the compatibility of family and career, avitea, as a family-friendly company in cooperation with BUK,
a company from Essen, avitea offers a free counselling and placement service for our employees.

This includes, for example:

  • Counselling for parents-to-be on topics such as parental allowance or parental leave.
  • Individual counselling on the subject of childcare by childminders or nannies,
  • Research and pre-selection of childcare solutions
  • Arranging short-term childcare solutions in emergency situations
  • Accompaniment to offices, youth welfare offices and childcare facilities
