Clarification of legal framework conditions and organisation of immigration
The accelerated procedure for skilled workers allows foreign workers (non-EU citizens*) to immigrate more quickly. In order to participate, certain conditions must be met. Our experts already take these into account when selecting candidates for you. Once you have decided on a skilled worker and the employment contract has been signed, we will assist you and your new employee in applying for a visa. We submit all the necessary documents to the Central Office for the Immigration of Skilled Workers and also take care of the correspondence with the German missions abroad in the respective countries. Once the visa has been issued, the skilled worker and his or her family can travel to Germany. To make it even easier and quicker to recruit foreign skilled workers for the German economy, the German government has passed a new Skilled Labour Immigration Act, which came into force at the end of 2023.
*EU citizens can immigrate to Germany without a visa, as all citizens of the European Union are free to choose their place of work.
