Here's what you'll learn with us:
- From the beginning you will be very well integrated into the team and work on responsible tasks
- You acquire the ability to solve application and system problems as well as to advise internal users on the selection and use of the equipment
- In addition to consulting and supporting our customers, you will also be involved in varied IT projects
- You create system documentation and conduct user trainings
- You learn to plan and configure, set up and manage IT systems
- You learn to systematically isolate and eliminate faults when they occur, using expert and diagnostic systems
- You get exciting insights into the cooperation with the different departments within avitea and the various interfaces

What you should bring to the table:
- You are aiming for the subject-related higher education entrance qualification (FHR) or the general higher education entrance qualification or already have acquired the qualification
- In particular, your school grades in mathematics, computer science and English are good
- You have a distinctive technical understanding and ideally bring along initial IT experience
- Your strengths include logical thinking, the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- You are characterized by a high willingness to learn, independence and reliability
- You enjoy working with customers and are service oriented
- Your way of working is goal-oriented, analytical and structured
- A class B driver's license is an advantage so that you can also support our other locations with your knowledge on site if required
