You will be very well integrated into the team right from the start and work on responsible tasks
You will acquire the ability to solve application and system problems as well as advise internal users on the selection and use of devices
In addition to advising and supporting our customers, you will also be involved in a wide range of IT projects
You will create system documentation and carry out user training
You will learn how to plan, configure, set up and manage IT systems
You will learn how to systematically isolate and rectify faults that occur using expert and diagnostic systems
You will gain exciting insights into the cooperation with the various specialist departments within avitea and the various interfaces

You are aiming for the subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (FHR) or the general higher education entrance qualification or already have the qualification
Your school grades in mathematics, computer science and English are particularly good
You have a strong technical understanding and ideally have some IT experience
Your strengths include logical thinking, the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
You are characterized by a high willingness to learn, independence and reliability
You enjoy working with customers and are service-oriented
Your working style is goal-oriented, analytical and structured
A class B driving license is an advantage so that you can also support our other locations with your knowledge on site if required
