• You will be very well integrated into the team right from the start and work on responsible tasks
• You will analyze and evaluate existing business processes together with the specialist departments and digitize and automate them
• You digitize and automate business processes with our business intelligence, workflow and database systems
• You install software applications, put them into operation and carry out user training
• In addition to advising and providing 1st and 2nd level support to our customers, you will also be involved in a wide range of IT projects
• You will learn how to systematically isolate and rectify faults that occur using expert and diagnostic systems
• You will learn about various operating systems, virtualization solutions and the basics of networks and cyber security

What you should bring

• You are aiming for your entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or your Abitur, or you already have the qualification
• Your school grades in English, mathematics and computer science are particularly good
• You have a strong technical understanding and ideally have some programming experience
• Your strengths include logical thinking, the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• You are characterized by a high willingness to learn, independence and reliability
• You enjoy working with customers and are service-oriented
• Your working style is goal-oriented, careful, analytical and structured
• A class B driving license is an advantage so that you can also support our other locations with your knowledge on site if required
