Clarification of legal framework and organization of immigration
The accelerated procedure for skilled workers allows foreign employees (non-EU citizens*) to immigrate more quickly. In order to participate, some conditions must be fulfilled. Our experts already take these into account when selecting candidates for you. Once you have decided on a skilled worker and the employment contract has been signed, we accompany you and your new employee through the visa application process. We transmit all necessary documents to the Central Office for Skilled Worker Immigration and also take care of the correspondence with the German missions abroad in the respective countries. Once the visa has been issued, the specialist and his or her family can then travel to Germany. In order to be able to attract foreign skilled workers to the German economy even more easily and quickly, the German government is currently planning to pass a new Skilled Workers Immigration Act, which is expected to come into force before the end of 2023.
