What awaits you

• Analysis, clarification, and documentation of customers' technical requirements as the basis for tailored solutions
• Developing customer-oriented solutions in close collaboration with the field sales team and the application lab
• Serving as the central point of contact between international distributors and the relevant departments within the company
• Expanding and maintaining existing customer relationships, as well as actively identifying and tapping into new market and customer segments
• Planning, organizing, and conducting technical product training sessions for our global sales partners and distributors

What you should bring

• A successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or automation engineering; alternatively, advanced training as a state-certified technician or a comparable technical qualification
• Initial professional experience in a technical field is desirable
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex machine and plant processes
• Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion for providing technical advice and finding solutions
• An independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work
• Good written and spoken English skills
