• You conduct job interviews, hire staff, and coordinate staffing
• You monitor the job and candidate markets and post job listings to recruit staff
• You acquire contracts, secure companies as clients, search for suitable personnel on behalf of clients, and provide support to client companies
• You create profiles of qualified candidates
• You develop customized proposals for companies and assist in drafting contracts
• You prepare payroll statements

What you should bring

• You have earned your (technical) high school diploma with good grades in your major subjects
• You’re eager to learn new things, work independently, and take on your own responsibilities
• You’ll be in daily contact with applicants and client companies, so it’s a plus if you enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable talking on the phone
• Your friendly demeanor and positive attitude will impress not only us but also our clients and colleagues
• You have some experience using Microsoft Office programs
• Did you drop out of college? No problem—we look forward to hearing from you!
