• From the very beginning, you'll be fully integrated into the team and will work on tasks that require a high level of responsibility
• You’ll develop the ability to solve application and system problems, as well as advise internal users on selecting and using devices
• In addition to advising and supporting our customers, you’ll also participate in a variety of IT projects
• You’ll create system documentation and conduct user training sessions
• You’ll learn to plan, configure, set up, and manage IT systems
• You’ll learn to systematically isolate and resolve issues when they arise, using expert knowledge and diagnostic tools
• You’ll gain exciting insights into collaboration with the various departments within avitea and the diverse interfaces

What you should bring

• You are working toward the subject-specific college entrance qualification (FHR) or the general college entrance qualification, or you have already earned one of these qualifications
• In particular, your grades in math, computer science, and English are strong
• You have a strong technical understanding and, ideally, some initial IT experience
• Your strengths include logical thinking, the ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
• You are characterized by a strong willingness to learn, independence, and reliability
• You enjoy working with customers and are service-oriented
• Your work style is goal-oriented, analytical, and structured
• A Class B driver’s license is a plus, so that you can also provide on-site support with your expertise at our other locations when needed
