What awaits you

• From the very beginning, you’ll be fully integrated into the team and will work on tasks that carry a lot of responsibility
• You’ll analyze and evaluate existing business processes in collaboration with the business departments, and digitize and automate them
• You will digitize and automate business processes using our business intelligence, workflow, and database systems
• You’ll install software applications, put them into operation, and conduct user training sessions
• In addition to providing consulting and 1st- and 2nd-level support to our customers, you’ll also participate in a variety of IT projects
• You will learn to systematically isolate and resolve issues when they arise, using expert and diagnostic tools
• You’ll become familiar with various operating systems, virtualization solutions, and the basics of networking and cybersecurity

What you should bring

• You are working toward your Fachhochschulreife or Abitur, or you have already earned one of these diplomas
• Your grades in English, math, and computer science, in particular, are strong
• You have a strong technical understanding and, ideally, some initial programming experience
• Your strengths include logical thinking, the ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
• You are characterized by a strong willingness to learn, independence, and reliability
• You enjoy working with customers and are service-oriented
• Your work style is goal-oriented, meticulous, analytical, and structured
• A Class B driver’s license is a plus, so that you can also support our other locations on-site with your expertise when needed
• Did you drop out of college? No problem—we’d love to have you!
