• Documentation of the project process; preparation of quantity surveys in close collaboration with the back office

• Management of change orders with expert knowledge of the VOB and BGB

What you should bring

• Substantial professional experience in construction management with a focus on industrial dismantling
• High level of expertise and technical proficiency in VOB and BGB
• Comprehensive knowledge of occupational safety and hazardous substances
• Strong leadership skills and communication abilities
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
