What awaits you

• Assuming a leadership role by coordinating and tracking all activities related to the management of critical parts within the global HELLA network
• Ensuring complete transparency across the entire supply chain—from delivery bottlenecks at HELLA suppliers through HELLA’s global production sites to HELLA customers (end-to-end transparency)—and identifying opportunities and solutions to safeguard both internal HELLA production and external customer production
• Optimizing the flow of information and implementing measures among various internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, procurement, sales, quality and program management) as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers and customers
• Defining and calculating the fair share at the part number level for each customer and HELLA plant
• Determining customer coverage by taking into account goods deliveries, customer call-offs, work-in-progress (WIP), and inventory levels, and presenting the allocation results and recommendations both internally at HELLA and to customers
• Assuming a leading role between HELLA plants and customers in allocation management for critical parts and components
• Providing input for customer correspondence and supporting the sales team in relevant customer meetings (e.g., in three-party meetings), including the preparation of customer presentations

What you should bring

• You have already gained professional experience in a logistics setting and have a good understanding of logistics processes
• You have very good knowledge of SAP and are proficient in Microsoft Excel
• You are known for your strong communication skills and impress with your confident interactions with contacts at all levels of the company, as well as with customers and suppliers
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and communicate confidently and professionally in international settings
