What you should bring

• Completed vocational training in HVAC and refrigeration technology, with additional training leading to certification as a state-certified technician, master craftsman, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project or construction management, as well as initial or relevant experience in leading employees
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant technical regulations
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications as well as cost estimation and order management software
• Strong service and customer focus, as well as a passion for collaborating with customers and employees
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
