• Design of die-casting molds, deburring tools, and fixtures
• Technical evaluation of customer requirements
• Coordination with internal departments such as project management, sales, purchasing, and production
• Assistance with the preparation of technical documentation and presentations
• Overseeing prototype production, initial prototype inspections, and technical approvals, as well as monitoring ongoing production

What you should bring

• A completed apprenticeship as a toolmaker specializing in mold making, ideally with a focus on die-casting or a similar field (such as injection molding)
• Good knowledge of tool design and development; practical experience in a foundry is a plus
• Proficiency in CAD systems (preferably SolidWorks and AutoCAD)
• Experience with casting simulation software (ideally Magmasoft)
• Technical understanding
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
