What awaits you

• Management and further development of the development and design department including personnel responsibility
• Management of development and design projects through to series production, including documentation and research coordination
• Close cooperation with sales, product management, sourcing, prototyping, validation, production, service and spare parts management
• Active involvement in product development from the idea to market maturity
• Control of change management and product cost optimization
• Maintaining and expanding customer contacts to identify new market requirements

What you should bring

• Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar)
• Several years of experience in design and development in mechanical engineering (e.g. agricultural technology, municipal technology, vehicle/construction machinery construction)
• Confident handling of 2D/3D CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks
• Experience with modern development tools (virtual prototyping, sample construction, testing)
• Leadership skills, strong communication skills, innovative spirit and team orientation
• Willingness to travel (national/international)
• Passion for sustainable technology and environmental solutions
