What awaits you
- Participation in the development and detailed design of electrical system architectures
- Design and optimization of power supply systems, particularly in the areas of voltage conversion and power distribution
- Development of wiring harness and cabling concepts
- Determination of wire cross-sections, pin assignments, and signal routing
- Analysis, evaluation, and maintenance of technical system requirements
- Creation of circuit diagrams, wiring lists, specifications, and system architecture diagrams
- Technical coordination with customers, development partners, and suppliers
- Support in the evaluation and negotiation of technical requirements
- Application of safety-critical or highly regulated quality and verification standards
- Ensuring traceable and standards-compliant development documentation
What you should bring
- A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
- Substantial experience in the development of electrical or electronic systems
- Strong knowledge of power supply, power distribution, and voltage conversion
- Experience in cable planning or wiring/harness design
- Ideally, experience in the aerospace industry or a comparable safety-critical environment
- Experience with development standards such as DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD-461, or MIL-STD-810 is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Very good command of German and English
