What awaits you

  • Participation in the development and detailed design of electrical system architectures
  • Design and optimization of power supply systems, particularly in the areas of voltage conversion and power distribution
  • Development of wiring harness and cabling concepts
  • Determination of wire cross-sections, pin assignments, and signal routing
  • Analysis, evaluation, and maintenance of technical system requirements
  • Creation of circuit diagrams, wiring lists, specifications, and system architecture diagrams
  • Technical coordination with customers, development partners, and suppliers
  • Support in the evaluation and negotiation of technical requirements
  • Application of safety-critical or highly regulated quality and verification standards
  • Ensuring traceable and standards-compliant development documentation

What you should bring

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field
  • Substantial experience in the development of electrical or electronic systems
  • Strong knowledge of power supply, power distribution, and voltage conversion
  • Experience in cable planning or wiring/harness design
  • Ideally, experience in the aerospace industry or a comparable safety-critical environment
  • Experience with development standards such as DO-254, DO-160, MIL-STD-461, or MIL-STD-810 is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Very good command of German and English
