• Working closely with internal departments, you will maintain and repair high-quality household appliances directly at our customers' homes
• You’ll apply your expertise to quickly diagnose problems and implement technical solutions independently and reliably as part of our customer service team
• You will carefully document your service calls, thereby contributing to efficient workflows in our field service operations
• In addition, you’ll contribute ideas for improvement based on your daily service experience and actively optimize our repair service
• Working closely with your colleagues, you’ll regularly participate in training sessions, team meetings, and joint customer visits to continuously expand your expertise.

What you should bring

• A completed vocational training program in the electrical field, e.g., as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, or power electronics technician
• Enjoyment of working with customers, as well as a solution-oriented, structured approach to technical service
• Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and a respectful demeanor
• Residence in the greater Munich area and willingness to work in the field, including a Class B driver’s license
• Very good German language skills and an open, service-oriented demeanor when interacting with customers
