What awaits you

• Creation of incoming orders in the in-house order entry system
• Communication with customers, in particular making appointments
• Completion of order confirmations
• Internal communication with the engineering/design department and the machine operators
• Determining the chronological sequence of orders (machine allocation planning for three-laser/punching machines)
• Coordination of the remaining work steps to ensure on-time completion
• Procurement of materials in collaboration with our materials purchasing department
• Completion reports of the workpieces

What you should bring

• Team and communication skills
• Apprenticeship/training (desirable)
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good interaction with customers, especially on the phone
• Knowledge in dealing with order management systems
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications
• Organizational talent (REFA training is an advantage, but at least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position)
• Basic technical understanding, understanding and interpretation of technical drawings
• Careful, independent and reliable way of working
