What awaits you
- You will be responsible for the planning and design of ventilation, heating and building automation systems in industrial buildings.
- You will develop sustainable and energy-efficient concepts for air conditioning and heat supply.
- You will integrate building automation systems to control heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- You will carry out inspections, acceptances, optimizations and fault analyses on ventilation, heating and automation systems and develop solutions to prevent faults.
- You will supervise projects across all HOAI service phases and work closely with architects, specialist planners and other external service providers.
What you should bring
- You have a degree in engineering with a focus on supply technology, building services engineering or a comparable field.
- You have several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of projects in the fields of ventilation technology, heating technology and building automation.
- You have in-depth knowledge of current technologies such as energy-efficient HVAC systems, smart building solutions or IoT applications.
- You are confident in using CAD and simulation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, liNear or DIALux as well as building automation software such as BACnet or KNX.
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, an innovative spirit and a results-oriented way of working.
- Experience in project management and with BIM planning processes rounds off your profile.
