What awaits you

• Support and management of leasing and full-service leasing contracts
• Management, control and optimization of the vehicle fleet (fleet controlling via SAP)
• Initial economic and legal assessment of fleet tasks (e.g. procurement, damage)
• Preparation and implementation of framework agreement negotiations
• Collaboration and, if necessary, management of projects for the further development of fleet management in Germany and abroad
• Planning and conducting team meetings and coordinating with management
• Travel activity of approx. 25-50

What you should bring

• Completed commercial training or business studies
• Several years of professional experience in fleet management, ideally in an industrial environment
• Business fluent in English
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Structured, service-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
