What you should bring

• Several years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online retail
• In-depth knowledge of relevant online marketplaces, such as Amazon, Otto, Kaufland, or similar platforms
• Experience in building or scaling marketplace or e-commerce business models
• A good understanding of key metrics, pricing, performance marketing, and conversion optimization
• Experience in developing efficient processes and structures; knowledge of lean management or operational excellence is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-initiative, and strong execution skills
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers, business partners, and internal stakeholders
• Very good command of German and good command of English
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, e-commerce, business informatics, retail, or a comparable qualification
