What you should bring

• Completed technical vocational training and further education to become a master craftsman or technician
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical machining and cutting processes
• Experience with machining cells, production processes, and production control
• Knowledge of lean management, production systems, and quality management
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and confidence in public speaking
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a team, and empathy
