• You are responsible for HR controlling in your area of responsibility, develop meaningful key performance indicators, and prepare well-founded reports for management
• You analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absences, and personnel costs; identify opportunities for optimization; and derive concrete recommendations for action
• You will actively contribute to process optimization and transformation projects and ensure efficient, future-oriented HR processes in the production environment
• You will advise managers as a competent sparring partner on strategic and operational HR issues and support organizational changes
• You will manage selected administrative HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and collaborate closely with managers, the works council, and internal stakeholders

What you should bring

• You have a degree in human resources, business administration, management accounting, or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in the HR field—ideally as an HR Business Partner with a focus on HR controlling, key performance indicators, and analytics
• You are passionate about numbers, data, and complex relationships, and you are known for your analytical and structured approach to work
• You have experience working with HR metrics, reporting tools, and HR systems (e.g., SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel)
• You stand out for your strong communication skills, initiative, and experience in supporting change processes.
• Very good German and good English skills round out your profile
