• Conducting the entire recruitment process, including presenting candidates to the client and organizing and facilitating in-person interviews
• Expanding and further developing existing and future client relationships
• Serving as the point of contact for our employees on all HR matters
• Supporting new client acquisition through sales calls
• Preparing proposals and conducting contract negotiations (e.g., terms and conditions, framework agreements, etc.)

What you should bring

• A college degree in human resources, completion of an apprenticeship as a human resources services specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the staffing industry or practical experience in sales is desirable
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• A strong service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
