• Carrying out and coordinating maintenance, inspection and repair work on technical building systems (electrical, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary technology)
• Monitoring and control of building services,
• Coordinating and accompanying external companies during repair, conversion and maintenance work
• Ensuring operational safety and compliance with legal regulations
• Supporting the client's management with technical issues and projects
• Carrying out minor manual work, such as DGUV 3 testing, etc.
• Participation in a rotating or on-call service (early and late shift) to ensure smooth operations

What you should bring

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, ideally electrician
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility desirable
• Independent, responsible and service-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and a friendly, communicative tone
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to change working hours
• Driving license class B desirable
