What you should bring

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, technical training with extensive professional experience in software testing
• Several years of experience as a Software Test Lead, Test Manager, or Senior Software Tester
• Ideally, experience in a safety-critical or highly regulated technical environment
• Proficiency in C or C++, as well as hands-on experience with the Qt framework
• Solid understanding of various testing methods and testing levels
• Experience in test automation and in establishing structured test processes
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methods
• Basic knowledge of IT security and standards such as EN 9100 or ISO 27001 is a plus
• Very good command of German and fluent English
