What you should bring

• Initial experience in the skilled trades, ideally as a metalworker's assistant or in a similar position
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and a meticulous approach to work
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good written and spoken German skills
