What you should bring

• Successfully completed vocational training in business or logistics, or comparable professional experience
• Initial experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse management, or customer service is a plus
• Knowledge of handling shipping and customs documents is desirable
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style
• Strong service and customer focus
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team and strong organizational skills
• A hands-on attitude and a willingness to take on both administrative and operational tasks
