- Coordination and professional and personal leadership of subordinate shift employees
- Responsibility for productivity during the respective shift
- Onboarding and training of employees
- Initiating and implementing process improvements
- First point of contact for customers regarding complaints and acting as a representative for the department manager
What you should bring
- Professional experience in logistics
- Some leadership experience is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is desirable
- Good written and spoken German
- A hands-on mindset with a results-oriented and self-directed approach to work
