What awaits you

You are responsible for receiving and unloading all types of deliveries (freight carriers, package services, internal shipments)
You are responsible for checking deliveries for completeness, quality, and compliance with the order documents
You record incoming goods in the ERP system (MS Navision or BC14)
You will document any discrepancies, damage, or shortages and initiate follow-up discussions with Purchasing or suppliers
You will distribute the inspected materials to the warehouse, production, or shipping
You will maintain accompanying documents, delivery notes, and goods receipt logs
You actively participate in inventory counts and stock checks
You operate industrial trucks (forklifts, Ameise, etc.) as needed

What you should bring

You have completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist or hold a comparable qualification; career changers with relevant experience are also welcome
You have prior experience in receiving goods (inspecting, counting, measuring, weighing)
You have a forklift operator’s license
You communicate clearly and confidently in German (both spoken and written)
