As a Production & Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment and will actively support the production process for agricultural products.
This includes the following tasks:

• Regular maintenance and upkeep of the equipment
• Carrying out repairs in consultation with the manufacturers
• Managing the spare parts inventory
• Proper operation and monitoring of the equipment entrusted to you
• Implementing quality standards in the areas of processing and packaging
• Participation in the production process
• Operating industrial trucks

What you should bring

• You have successfully completed your training as a metalworker, plant mechanic, or industrial mechanic, or have completed comparable training
• Ideally, you have a background in agriculture
• You are certified to operate industrial trucks
• You are known for your reliable and meticulous work ethic
• You are willing to work primarily on a two-shift schedule
• You have basic knowledge of MS Office
• You have good verbal communication skills in German
