What awaits you

• Independently performing monthly payroll processing for a defined group of employees
• Maintaining and managing HR master data and time tracking systems
• Serving as the point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties on all payroll-related matters
• Implementation of legal, collective bargaining, and company-specific requirements in payroll processing
• Collaborating with social security agencies, tax authorities, and other government agencies

What you should bring

• Completed business training, ideally with additional training in payroll or human resources
• Professional experience in payroll processing
• Good knowledge of income tax and social security law
• Proficiency with MS Office; initial experience with the DATEV LODAS payroll systems is desirable
• Discretion, accuracy, and the ability to work well in a team
