What awaits you

• You will independently prepare payroll processing in SAP through our external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
• You will meticulously maintain HR-related data systems (SAP, Success Factors, Time Management) and generate reports and analyses
• Preparing and implementing standard HR processes (such as hires, transfers, and reclassifications) is also part of your responsibilities
• You will advise our employees and managers, particularly on questions regarding compensation and time management
• As a subject matter expert (m/f/d), you will serve as the point of contact within the HR Service Team as well as for HR colleagues, ensuring a smooth flow of information and close collaboration

What you should bring

• You have completed a business apprenticeship; additional specialized training (e.g., Certified Human Resources Specialist (IHK)) is a plus
• Thanks to many years of relevant professional experience, you possess expert knowledge in payroll accounting as well as a thorough understanding of the relevant legal requirements
• You are familiar with maintaining HR-related data systems, ideally SAP; knowledge of applying a collective bargaining agreement is desirable; you have advanced knowledge of English
• You are known for your precise and independent work style; you are a team player and service-oriented
