What you should bring

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally in machining or a comparable field
• Advanced training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d)
• Experience in managing production staff
• Knowledge of milling, machining centers, and machining cells
• Basic knowledge of modern production systems and lean methods is a plus
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Strong team orientation, empathy, and a sense of responsibility
