What awaits you

• Reaching out to new customers by phone, as well as providing personal consultation and support to new customers
• Expanding and further developing existing customer relationships
• Preparing proposals and conducting contract negotiations (e.g., terms and conditions)
• Managing the entire recruitment process, including introducing candidates to clients and organizing and facilitating in-person interviews
• Serving as the point of contact for our employees on all HR matters

What you should bring

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, a completed apprenticeship as a human resources specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the staffing industry or practical experience in sales is desirable
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• A strong service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
