• Explaining solutions: You present in an understandable way how we search for and support international skilled workers and take the pressure off companies
• Achieve deals: You lead discussions confidently to the goal, create offers and stick to them - right up to the signature
• Coordinate with specialists: You are in contact with our international applicants and ensure that companies and candidates are a good match and that the skilled workers get off to a good start in Germany
• Maintaining an overview: You document your activities neatly in the CRM

What you should bring

• Sales experience: At least 2 years of B2B sales - ideally in the service environment
• Closing confidence: You can handle objections (language, visa, start date) with confidence
• Very good German, good English (other languages welcome)
• Nice to have:
  • Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn: You can understand requirements for e.g. electronics technicians, maintenance technicians or similar - or familiarize yourself quickly
  • Initial contact with immigration/labor law is an advantage, but not a hiring criterion
