What awaits you
- Processing spare parts inquiries and spare parts orders for our profile processing systems
- Advising our customers on spare parts inquiries and spare parts orders
- Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and delivery bills via our ERP system
- On-schedule compilation and delivery of machine-specific spare parts
- Processing warranty claims
- Close cooperation with design, service management, shipping/warehouse and purchasing
What you should bring
- At least completed mechanical engineering training (e.g. industrial mechanic / mechatronics engineer) with professional experience, possibly further training as a mechanical engineering technician (m/f/x)
- Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
- A structured, analytical and independent way of working
- Communication skills
- Confident handling of common IT applications (Mail, Word, Excel, ERP)
