What you should bring

• Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial electrician (m/f/d), or plant electrician (m/f/d), or comparable technical training
• Professional experience in the maintenance, servicing, or repair of crane, lifting, or material-handling systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, and, ideally, drive technology
• Experience in field service or technical customer service is a plus
• Comfort working at heights and no fear of heights for work on crane systems
• An independent, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor when interacting with customers
• Class B driver’s license required
• Good written and spoken German
• Willingness to travel for service calls in the Düsseldorf, Krefeld, Cologne, and surrounding areas
