• Support with the preparation, organization, and follow-up of management meetings
• Creating and preparing presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for management
• Assistance with tool management, particularly in the administration and tracking of inactive tools
• Support with the annual tool inventory at suppliers
• Monitoring and tracking cost-saving initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Supporting the disposal of production equipment no longer needed, in coordination with suppliers
• Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and international contacts
• Handling administrative and organizational support tasks in day-to-day operations
• Participation in various projects within the Purchasing department

What you should bring

• You are currently pursuing a degree, ideally in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You enjoy communicating and working with a variety of people in an international setting.
• You stand out for your independent, structured, and reliable approach to work.
• You bring a high degree of flexibility, openness, and initiative to the role.
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ideally, you have a basic understanding of technical concepts or an interest in technical matters.
