What awaits you
- You will support us in the area of training management as well as on projects in the field of Learning & Development
- You will be responsible for all training management in Germany—both strategically and operationally
- Your responsibilities are wide-ranging and include, among other things, independently developing HR projects, such as leadership programs
- You will assist with the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of training sessions
- You’ll also play an active role in improving efficiency through process optimization as part of a “Simplify” strategy
- As part of your work-study position, you’ll share responsibility for your own projects, develop creative ideas and solutions, and work closely with the training manager in Germany
- You’ll gain cross-functional insight and collaborate with various departments in training administration
- You’ll be working in an international environment and will interact with the global Talent Team
What you should bring
- You are studying business, business informatics, computer science, or are enrolled in a business or social sciences program
- Ideally, you are available immediately to work as a student employee for up to 20 hours per week
- During your employment, you will remain enrolled at a university and will not have yet completed your degree
- You contribute your own ideas and are eager to actively help shape and further develop our training programs. You work in a structured manner, think creatively, and enjoy exploring new, unconventional approaches
- IT and design skills are a major plus and will help you effectively bring your ideas to life
- You’re a good communicator, enjoy working in a team, and take pleasure in networking with a variety of contacts
