What you should bring
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, ideally with a concentration in structural engineering
- Several years of professional experience as a civil engineer or project manager in steel construction, ideally with some leadership experience
- In-depth market knowledge as well as strong expertise in structural analysis and structural design
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems—ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and IQ Steel—as well as CAD systems such as AutoCAD and Tekla
