What awaits you

  • You will lead and coordinate technical teams focused on areas such as sensor monitoring, motor control, hardware interfaces, and embedded functions. In doing so, you will ensure that technical challenges are resolved effectively and that project deliverables are completed on time.
  • You will oversee technical development projects from planning through implementation and validation to delivery. In doing so, you will coordinate tasks, milestones, dependencies, resources, and priorities
  • You develop, evaluate, and advocate for technical solutions. This also involves critically evaluating existing implementations and identifying new approaches, for example, in response to changed security requirements or the adaptation of existing applications.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues with customers as well as internal and external partners. You will communicate project progress, technical decisions, risks, and deviations clearly and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You ensure that customer, system, and hardware requirements are precisely understood, documented, and implemented. You also assist in clarifying interfaces between hardware, software, systems, mechanics, and testing.
  • You monitor technical risks, derive appropriate measures, and ensure compliance with relevant development processes. This includes, among other things, project reviews, quality gates, change and configuration management, and the tracking of KPIs.

What you should bring

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on hardware
  • Alternatively, a comparable technical education with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role, ideally as a Feature Owner, Feature Product Owner, Technical Project Lead, or technical project manager
  • Experience leading technical teams in a complex development environment
  • Very good understanding of embedded systems, hardware interfaces, and technical system interdependencies
  • Experience in the automotive sector and with ECU development is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Functional Safety / ISO 26262 is desirable; knowledge of ASPICE or ISO 21434 is also an advantage
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, DOORS, Rhapsody, and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly
  • A structured, solution-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to maintain a clear overview even in challenging project situations
