What awaits you

• You will be responsible for the development and specification of test systems for electronic assemblies (e.g., ICT, functional testing) and will drive their integration
• Process support (Level 3 support) for all testing and measurement systems in use, including the implementation of change requests
• You will ensure the commissioning, validation, approval, and successful start of series production for the test and measurement equipment
• In addition to serving as the technical liaison with our suppliers, you will coordinate with all internal technology experts
• You will be technically responsible for the integration of the test systems into the production facilities as well as for the associated plant concept and design
• In collaboration with the relevant departments, you will ensure the testability of the product design
• You will implement new processes and procedures with the goal of improving efficiency and quality in line with Total Productive Maintenance principles

What you should bring

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a related field; or a completed technical vocational training program supplemented by further education, e.g., to become a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in automotive or electronics manufacturing, and knowledge of test and equipment technology
• You are distinguished by your strong communication skills, hands-on approach, and analytical and structured way of working
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel to visit customers, suppliers, and other locations
