• Fixturing and welding of components according to technical drawings
• Cleaning and degreasing of components
• Measuring and inspecting the finished surfaces (quality control of surface properties)
• Performing TÜV- and ASME-compliant fusion welding on various machines using processes such as TIG, MIG, electrode welding, and forming
• Obtaining and utilizing production-related information
• Actively contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace in accordance with lean management principles (5S)
• Planning, preparing, and documenting work tasks

What you should bring

• Completed vocational training as a metalworking technician (m/f/d) or similar
• Ideally, experience with operator tests in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14732
• Knowledge of welder certification in accordance with EN 287-1 or DIN EN ISO 9606-1 is a plus
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Meticulous and precise work style
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
