During your dual degree program, you’ll alternate between theoretical phases at the university and practical phases at our company. You’ll gain familiarity with various business departments and receive comprehensive insights into human resources and business management processes.
Among other things, you can expect the following tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Assisting with application and selection processes
• Assisting with the support of employees and managers on HR-related issues
• Gaining experience in HR administration and contract management
• Gaining insights into payroll accounting as well as the associated legal and collective bargaining framework
• Assisting with the preparation and analysis of HR metrics
• Supporting HR development and recruitment initiatives
• Gain insights into financial accounting and basic business processes
• Assisting with the analysis of business performance metrics and evaluations
• Supporting and independently participating in cross-functional projects
• Learning about project management methods
• Taking on your own tasks and responsibilities in day-to-day operations

What you should bring

• General High School Diploma or Vocational High School Diploma
• Interest in business management and human resources topics
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
• Organizational skills and reliability
• Initiative and the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
