- Analysis and evaluation: Identification and evaluation of potential sources of error and their impact on product quality and safety
- Process optimization: Development and implementation of measures to minimize risks and optimize processes based on the FMEA results
- Teamwork: Intensive initial training and subsequent collaboration with interdisciplinary teams with production and quality assurance to continuously improve the systems
- Implementation of FMEAs: Independent creation and moderation of FMEAs for various vehicle components and systems (failure mode and effects analysis)
- Lessons learned: Using a modular approach to transfer knowledge to different lines and plants
What you should bring
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of a technical or economic degree program; desirable in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or similar.
- You are interested in quality management, process optimization or development
- You are committed and reliable and have a high level of self-motivation
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- A good command of English is an advantage
