• Monitoring, optimization and acceleration of all repair and maintenance measures on machines and systems, including documentation
• Management and scheduling of the workshop team (shift schedules, vacation planning, emergency services, weekend work)
• Organization and implementation of training, further training and instruction for employees
• Minimizing machine breakdowns and technical faults to increase the availability and efficiency of the systems
• Supporting the planning, installation and commissioning of new machines and systems
• Coordinating and supporting external service providers as well as planning and monitoring assignments
• Ensuring an efficient supply and storage of spare parts
• Collaboration and support in the implementation of technical projects

What you should bring

• Completed training, ideally as a mechatronics technician, supplemented by an instructor qualification
• Sound knowledge in the repair and maintenance of machines and systems, preferably from the food industry
• Practical experience in a managerial role, particularly in workshop organization and employee management
• High degree of resilience and flexibility, including willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
